Vintage Sterling Silver Turquoise and Flower Bracelet

This vintage bracelet is gorgeous, unique, and has perfect Southwestern vibes. Each flower contains a small turquoise stone and the flowers are 3-D. Labeled as sterling silver. Location of origin is unknown. I have seen similar listings claim it is from Mexico or made by the Zuni tribe. Since I don't know I have no claims to make of its origin. I love this bracelet but it is too small for me to wear comfortably. One turquoise stone is missing as seen in last picture and was replaced with a clay stone? I bought this from a jewelry consigner in its current state.
