Vintage Sterling Silver Mother of Pearl Oval Pendant Studio Made

Vintage Sterling Silver Mother of Pearl Oval Pendant Studio Made - Very impressive silversmithing work on this pendant. This oval shell is finished in silver on the edges. The circular opening at the top is trimmed with a well-detailed silver design (perhaps a sun symbol?). The bail is beautiful, made in open work, hinged, and will accommodate a chain up to 5mm in diameter. It measures 2 1/4" tall including the ring. The MOP is 2 5/8" by 1 3/16" wide. The opening is 3/8" in diameter. The pendant is marked on the edge of the bail. It is a partial stamp. It was tested to verify the sterling content. In excellent condition, but there is a bit of reinforcement glue from manufacturing on the back. It is not seen when worn. Please see the photos for details and email us any questions.
