Vintage sterling silver large mother of pearl cameo pin/pendant. Beautifully detailed hand carved mother of pearl cameo with a lovely woman's face surrounded by a frame CZ baguettes with marcasite accents. Versatile use as it features a pin and a double pendant loop. Measures approx 2 1/8" high, 1 7/8" wide. Weights approx 38.9g, 25.0dwt. Marked A and tests for sterling silver Very nice condition with light surface scratches and minor tarnishing.
