Vintage Sterling Silver Filigree Ring with Flowering Gemstone with Ruby Center. The ring is a U.S. size 10. The inside is hallmarked as 925 sterling silver and a makers mark of “CNA”. The center red colored stone set off my Diamond tester and this must be a Ruby (unsure if natural or synthetic) the white/clear petals of the flower are also semi precious gemstones. Depending on the angle the Diamond tester will either go off of be one bar short when testing them. I assume these to either be moissanite diamonds, white sapphire, or a similar semi precious gemstone that I am unaware of. Due to this being sold second hand I have no info of what or where this ring came from.
