Vintage Statement Necklace - Trade Beads, Coral, Lampwork, Silver, Potsherd(?)

This intriguing vintage necklace features a collection of interesting beads. The largest beads appear to be a grey/brown bone striped oval bead, a yellow, orange and blue glass lampwork cylindrical bead, a smaller yellow, white, and black lampwork glass bead, and a slice glass bead that has a small chip. The smaller beads are silver round beads in several sizes, small African trade beads, and small red coral pieces. There is also a ceramic piece that looks like a potsherd. The approximate length of the necklace is 23" and the closure is a simple hook. My sister-in-law was an avid collector of so many things, jewelry was just one category. She knew everything about each and every one of her pieces but unfortunately she is no longer able to tell us. I'm not an expert - I just offered to help find new homes for her beloved pieces. This is a vintage piece and has evidence of wear that is appropriate for its age. Please examine all photos closely for condition.
