Vintage Star of Siam yellow gold gingham silk dress

PLEASE NOTE: There is no brand label, but I suspect it is Star of Siam based on fabric, style, and quality. No details spared on this dress expertly made! Outer fabric is silk dupioni or shantung and lining is lightweight silk. All edges are bias bound, and has bound buttonholes/fabric covered button closures at the left side and shoulder. It even has bra strap carriers! It is in very good sturdy condition, but it does have a few stains (all pictured), most of them tiny and fairly faint. I'm not an expert but I suspect that someone with more vintage cleaning experience could remove them. I love this dress dearly but unfortunately it doesn't fit me well and I can't justify it sitting in my closet. - Fits small/medium, and buttons could be moved to take in or let out a bit Approx flat measurements: Bust: 18.75" Waist: 16.25" Hips: 19.75” Length: 41" Please ask questions if you have any!
