Featured is a Vintage Staffordshire Toby Mug by Manor. The character is the "Town Crier". He is hand painted with gold, maroon, green and black. He is holding a paper in one hand and a bell in the other. It is stamped on the bottom. The jug is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or breaks.
