Originally designed to hold a honey comb, this beautiful square dish and lid are in a lovely quilted design – it appears almost pillow like! This timeless piece can now be used for so much more! It is perfect for candy, trinkets or soaps – even as a box for a special gift. The base is tiered with slight stepping on bottom and has a 4-diamond design around it. With no makers marks and not finding any other piece like this, most likely date range is 1910's to 1940's. The piece measures approximately 2” tall and is 4-3/8” square. The depth of the bowl is 1-1/2”. The dish is in amazing vintage condition! No visible chips, cracks, blemishes or repairs!
