Vintage Sprouts by Vicky Vaughn 1950s Belted Color Block Midi Dress

Unique, rare, and retro vintage 50s color block belted dress by Vicky Vaughn Sprouts Great vintage condition be around 70 years old!! I see a small faint spot on the skirt part, otherwise I could not find any other flaws. Measurements- Armpit to armpit measures approximately 18 inches laid flat and measured across the front Shoulder seam to waist measures 15.5 inches. Waist to bottom of hem measures 26 inches Actual waist measures 24 inches around but it has elastic and can stretch out to 36 inches when pulled out and flattened but that would be a very tight fit. For the hips, the skirt part flares out some but laid flat measured from Seam to seam in hip area it measures 22 inches across the front.
