Vintage Spiedel Red Cabochon Brooch

I only know what I have been told about this. I cannot find where it is signed but I haven’t looked too hard either. It does have wear. I don’t know if it’s permanent or will come off once it’s been cleaned. I have not even wiped it off. The clasp is bent a little but still works. From Speidel Old World Jewels Collection.
