Vintage Spedo Drafting Compass Tools - 2

Two vintage Spedo drafting compass tools. Large one marked Spedo, and MDe in USA. Smaller one similar but does not have maker mark. Larger one is 6" long, Cap and circle have rust on them. Smaller one 4" long, no rust noted.I see original owner scratched faint initials on it.
