Vintage Speckled Cropped Vest Top

Vintage unbranded, possibly handmade cropped vest. Sleeveless, low cut scoop neckline, lined interior, decorative front buttons with hidden hook closure, shown in pics. No material tag, to me it feels looks like a linen/wool blend. The shell is not scratchy, the lining is acetate/polyester. The inside of liner has discoloration around the pits, shell is clean, shown in pics. Approximate measurements shown in pics, modeled on a 36” bust, 27” waist.
