Lightweight The stunning turquoise is a light blue, aqua/baby blue color. The silver has minor tarnishing (as depicted in photos) due to oxidation but looks great as is if you want to keep the vintage look. Easy to polish! There is a faint trace of the letter “R" between the band and the stone but I cannot make out any other part of the stamp otherwise no other visible markings or signature. likely silver (describing as silver tone though) but no markings which was not uncommon decades ago
