Vintage Southern Bell Victorian Style wedding dress size 7/8 24” Waist *Read

Who’s ready for a treasure? This gorgeous dress is in very good condition for its age. I almost posted it new w/o tags, except for the following defects I found while posting. ***Please read carefully and see pictures.*** This dress has a ILGWU tag that dates it somewhere between 1974-1995. It comes with what looks like it’s original cardboard and tissue. Defects: It has one tag cut off inside that said “dry clean only” and there seems to be a subtle discoloration under arms. It was very hard to pick up on camera even in different lighting however, it seems to be faintly on the inside and outer under arm area, so it must have been worn, or at least tried on for a period of time, at some point. The dress has no scent (I.e. smells clean, no muskiness or other scent that gives away its age either). Also, some minor spots where the dress touched the floor (see pics) but nothing there that cannot be spot cleaned. This dress could truly be a treasure for the right bride and with just a touch of TLC. Waist approx 24” Bust approx 26” Bust area has some stretch due to the elasticity of the sheer back. See photos.
