Vintage Soure Bag of New York circa 1950s – bag is exquisite with laminated cloth printed with a racing themed newspaper and embellished on the front with a jockey wearing red, the beautiful horse, floral blanker, winner’s trophy, ribbon, and rhinestones. The back of the purse is also highly detailed with riding boots, argyle red and white sweater, and binoculars. Crème colored vinyl handle and frame. Gold tone clasp. Vinyl interior with one zip pocket. One side of the purse and bottom seam area have some yellowing under the vinyl (I wanted to point it out, looks like it is part of the fabric design) Purse is very clean with no damage, no wear, a tiny darker spot near the clasp/and inside, and that is all I see, looks like never used. Measures approx.. 13.5 x 10.5 inches tall, 3.75 inches deep. 5.5-inch drop. Odor-free and from a smoke-free and pet-free environment. This one is from my high-quality collection of vintage handbags.
