juliekattke @jahmariposa just a heads up, if that stamp says “1/20 12k” then it is “gold filled”, not solid 12k gold. That is common for Sorrento pieces 💕

juliekattke @jahmariposa good morning and no problem! I don’t have any specific sites that talk about Sorrento, but I’ll check around. I just know from years of collecting shell cameos…they are my favorite kind of jewelry. I will tag you in a listing I have about the difference between gold fill (GF) and solid gold though. It’s not to be confused with gold PLATING, which is much thinner.
