Vintage Smock Like Homemade Dress

This is a vintage smock-like dress that I believe to be homemade. It is a basic sleeveless design with a zipper in the front and embellishments around the neck and on the pocket. There is a small vintage safety pin on the inside of the pocket. This is how I got it. There are no size markings but it's about 30" long and 22" pit to pit. There is a stain on the back near the bottom and some pilling in the armpit region. Otherwise it's in nice shape.
