Vintage Small Asian-inspired hi low pale blue strapless dress

Gorgeous vintage fully lined strapless Asian inspired Hi Low dress. The color is a beautiful shiny pale blue, almost silver. Delicate flower pattern. 13 inches across the waist. I believe this to be a 60’s dress but the liner looks slightly more modern so possibly it’s an 80’s reproduction. Beautiful, perfect condition either way. Loved it but never had a chance to wear.
