Vintage Slim Skirt & Matching Top

This piece is not perfect but I really loved the detail on the shirt. Looks like it can be worn open with a tank under or it can be belted as a shirt. It does have a tear under the armpit as shown. Perhaps someone with talent can repair. Please see photos. The skirt is for someone with slim hips. Fits the form snugly. Just hated to see this one not go into someones closet.
