Vintage Sleeveless Maxi Dress

No tags I'd put this to be a medium maybe large Bust: 17" Length: 53" Waist: 15" flat lay Blue and green on a black background, Looks like tiny squares but some are actually flowers. Sleeveless, back zip and maxi length. I believe this is from the 70s. Possibly hand made. Slightly fitted, would look great dressed up with a jacket. Good used condition.
