Vintage Sleeveless Flare Dress - Black

Sleeveless flare dress with 3 layers. Slightly puffy, great for a semi-formal party, themed party (Great Gatsby!), or a fun night out!! Only wore it once for a Great Gatsby themed party. Like new condition. The dress is a size 4. The dress is 38in (top part is 16in long and the bottom part is 22in long). The waist is about 30in (15in wide). It goes down to around the knee.
