Vintage Sleeveless Dress with Pleated Skirt

Gorgeous vintage dress in black, white, and red pattern. One spot on front as seen in photo but not noticeable when wearing. Reflected in price. A true gem that would stand out at any party, could be dressed up or dressed down. Pleated floor-length skirt. Belt loops but I didn’t not purchase with belt; would look great with many other styles of belt. Marked vintage 14, best 6-10 modern depending on how loose you want the fit.
