Vintage Skirt and Orange Jacket Outfit

The unique skirt is lined, fabric on outside is a tool type material over assorted feather pieces. There is probably not another out there. My mom bought this at a boutique in Palm Beach many years ago. It was not worn. The orange jacket is not vintage and looks fabulous paired with this gem of a skirt. Waist 13 inches. Hip 17 and length 16 1/2. Gorgeous and funky at the same time.
