Waistband on skirt: 21 inches Skirt total length: 31 inches Shirt armpit to armpit: 23 inches Vintage item but true to size I wear a size 16 in modern sizing and this fits perfectly, good condition although the elastic has mostly lost it stretch. Includes a simple A-line skirt that hits roughly just below the knee, and top with knit waist and structured chest area with buttons. Vintage item made in the USA. Very cute!
