Vintage skirt tail bow tie belt Clearly a very unique item Could be added to ANY outfit … dress is up or down It’s currently pretty little … it’s about an inch too little for me to clasp on the mannequin hence the clothing pin … I think an easy way to add some give would be to insert a small strip of black elastic into the middle of the back! Should be a super easy fix! Since this could be done I’m gonna list as XXS-> S… I show I pic of the spot that the elastic could be added in the last photo This was a costume piece from the wardrobing department of the famous Alabama Shakespeare Festival… which is why there are snaps in the inside of the waist fyi PS the light colored spot shown white it is on the mannequin is not a discoloration is just sunlight comin in 🥰
