Vintage Skirt

Vintage skirt made by Evelyn Sini Designs “Happiness”from the 1960s/70s. Super cute button up skirt with brass buttons with anchors. Waist is about 24in, Length is about 16in. There is some discoloration on the back of the skirt on the waist line and also on the front under the front buttons from them being brass but it is not noticeable. I wasn’t sure how to treat it so I didn’t incase I were to accidentally ruin the material. There are no other tags besides the ones shown I’d wear this thing all the time if it fit! Unfortunately I have to let it go to a good home! **HANDWASH ONLY**
