Vintage Skirt

I think this skirt is late 90s to early 2000s. In decent condition. Has a couple small snags due to the type of material it's made out of. It's midi length on me, but I'm over 6ft. If you're shorter, it could be maxi length. Elastic waistband is still in good shape, no dry rot!
