Vintage Skipper Barbie 1963 #0950 Japan OOAK Rerooted

Vintage Skipper Rerooted Doll - Vintage Skipper Barbie 1963 #0950? Japan OOAK Rerooted. Foot says Japan. Has been rerooted with pretty red hair with curls. Not sure what was used. Her right arm is swingy. No green on her. A few scratches on torso. Straight legs, do not bend. Her hat is kept on by a straight pin (was like that when I found her) I believe her hat, dress and socks are handmade. The socks have green threads and are yellowed. The dress has a black metal hook on one side only, hooks into the thread on the other side. I believe the shoes are newer, they say China but go well with the outfit. Some of the curls have stretched out and will need to be trimmed.
