Made in Scotland, a wool tartan skirt by Lochcarron. This size 10, 24 inch waist is a classic design. Please look at the pictures as there are remnants on the front of the skirt where perhaps coffee has spilled? Also a tiny little spot near the leather straps. This comes from a non-smoking house. These skirts sell for hundreds of dollars new.
