Vintage Single Stitch Billy Ray Cyrus Shirt

This is for a vintage Billy Ray Cyrus t-shirt. This is truly a vintage find as it is also single stitch. Overall condition is not amazing due to some staining/discolorations, but the graphics look great. See pics for details of issues. The tag is not legible, but this fits like a small-medium.
