Vintage Simon Ellis Southwestern Bohemian midi skirt : Size Unknown

This vintage Aztec southwestern print skirt has a side zip and button closure. There is no stretch and it is unlined  no Care label or size tag Measurements are below  Material feels like rayon. It is machine washable. It may have been altered. Please see photos, as hem seems to have been altered.
