Vintage 1990's Simi little girls size 10 floral dress. High waist with gathered skirt, and tie belt in the back. Pretty half round pink button in front and ruffles around the neckline and around the sleeve holes. Made of amazing fabric with cabbage roses and other flowers with yellow Swallows in flight.
