Vintage Silver Metal Tissue Cover Box MCM Fits Sq Kleenex Box Holder 5 sides, bottom is open for the box to go through. Great little vintage piece for styling up a home. Some of the gold seems to be showing through the middle part, not sure if it's just the light or not. Please see photos.
