Vintage Silver Marcasite and Pearl Swirl Necklace with Silver Chain - New w/Tags

This item came from a home jewelry sales party but I can't remember the name of it. Never worn. Drop pendant is marked 925 and tag says made it Thailand. Judging from the patina on the chain, it looks to be silver also. Don't know if the pearl is real or not, but I don't think so. Chain in about 17 inches long or 8.5 inches folded over. Going with half the suggested price because I don't know. It is rather pretty. Over 20 years old.
