Vintage Silky Patterned Button Down Blouse

Absolutely gorgeous vintage blouse. Unfortunately the tags have been cut out so I don’t know what size, brand, or material. Silky satiny feeling material. Pink, black, and white patterned with pretty flowers. I noticed after photographing that there’s a small spot on the front, it may be removable but I haven’t tried. Has racked in shoulder pads that can be removed if desired. I’m guessing this is a size large and measures about 20.5 inches pit to pit, 27 inches long Sec. 5 T16
