Vintage Silk beaded and sequin Judith Ann Creations Dress with tie waist

This elegant cream dress features intricate embellishments, perfect for special occasions. Its sophisticated design offers a timeless look. Purchased on Etsy and put up to wear later but never got around to it. It is in great vintage condition but may be missing a bead here and there, as it is not new, but no noticeable damage or tears. I removed the shoulder pads because they were warped from the hanger. It has snaps to add more I think. Has just been in storage for several years.
