Vintage Silk Dress

Vintage turquoise 100% silk dress with belt from the ‘80s. Papell Too brand. Lightweight, has shoulder pads that could be cut out. Two marks on the front, haven’t tried to remedy-looks like they would come out with a handwashing. Good used condition, but is vintage, so fair to be safe. Priced accordingly.
