Vintage Silk Collection by Harve Bernard 100% Silk Button Top

Vintage silk blouse top from Silk Collection by Harve Bernard. It is a light cream yellow with an Asian inspired all over print of green palm fronds and a a black and white folded fan and blue, orange, purple and pink flowers. It is striking in person! Button down. The size tag is missing however I would say it fits much as a size large. Please see photos for approximate measurements.
