Vintage Signed Copper Cuff Bracelet

Not sure if the “V” pattern has any significance on this vintage cuff bracelet. This is copper and I believe the raised “vees” were made using a different type of metal. Distance across 2 3/4”; height is 3/4”. This is in excellent vintage condition. Tried to show signature/markings in my photos. Sorry, but I cannot read anything, but I definitely feel there are makers marks. Please message me with bundle requests.
