Vintage Toby Creamer. It has the original hallmark on the bottom of the piece Staffordshire Hand Painted Shorter & Son Ltd England. Due to age some of hallmark is wearing off. There is one small chip on the top of the hat the character is wearing. Refer to listing photos. Being sold AS IS. Approx 4 1/2" high.
