Vintage Short Floral Dress Prom

One-of-a-kind! Fully lined with crinoline and taffeta, satin sash in complimentary blue. Made in USA, probably early ‘80s. My 5’ tall 11-year old (shown) rocked this with ankle booties and a jean jacket. 14.5” armpit, 13” waist, 8” high bodice, 17.5” skirt length This dress would be amazing for Prom or Graduation parties!
