Vintage Shirt and Skirt Set

This is a beautiful dress set of a matching skirt and button down shirt! I am having trouble finding any information about this set or brand, it could be custom, it's for sure very rare. The tags say "made for Lord & Taylor The Manhattan Store" and beneath that tag it says "Beatriz for milbrooke" The clothes are in perfect condition, and they fit like a small to medium.
