Vintage Shirt / Camisole with Ties on the Sides Black w/Sequins Sparkly

Vintage Underneath Shirt / Camisole (?) with Ties on the Sides Black w/Sequins. This came from a trunk with antique clothes in it from 1890s through 1950. Front length from shoulder to bottom: 18 inches Back length from shoulder to bottom: 15.5 inches Some discoloration - not sure if this will come out. Please see photos before purchasing.
