Vintage Sheffield Midcentury Stag Horn Handled Stainless Steel Steak Knives, Set of Six in original box, Made Exclusively for Gimbel Brothers Here is a set of 6 vintage stainless steel Sheffield Steak Knifes. These look to have real stag horn handles, but I am not sure they could be a high quality resin or composit. The blades are etched “Made Expressly For Gimbel Brothers In Sheffield, England. Stainless Steel.” Gimbel Brothers was a department store which was opened in 1887 and closed in 1987. This comes in the original box. The box has a wooden bottom and a press cardboard top. This set in in very good condition and does not look like it was used very much.
