Vintage Sexy 1980’s Drop Waist Ruffle Dress-Size Vintage 9 - Modern Small

This designer is “All That Jazz,” & - like the title - is a showstopper! It was made in California & is 100% acrylic so it breathes & stretches in all the right places. It’s super soft! The deep evergreen & black heather is a rich jewel color. Typical attached shoulder pad (can be snipped out but why would you?) Torso design is batwing. The dropped “v” waist combined with the attached ruffle would make any 80’s pop star proud.
