Vintage Set of 2 Tourist Souvenir Dolls

Vintage set of 2 tourist souvenir dolls. Honestly not sure where these would have come from. They are identical. Eyes open and close (although kind of "sticky"). One is missing legs. They do NOT stand. One's hat has a little bite out of it. PLEASE LOOK AT PHOTOS. The clothing is in decent vintage condition. Sweet faces. I believe these are souvenir dolls and not meant to be played with.
