Vintage Serving Bowl with Eagle, Colonial Tureen with Americana Great Seal

Italian made soup tureen with a hand painted depiction of the United States national coat of arms. The eagle, with its wings spread, holds an olive branch in one talon and an arrow in the other with a crest displayed in between. There are blue and red stripe accents around the rim, the lid, and on the handles. There is a chip on the very tip of the lid and one behind one of the handles. Otherwise, it's in very good condition. No other cracks, crazing, etc. Signed "Made in Italy" on the bottom. Measures about 8 3/4" H total. Opening of bowl measures 6 1/2" W.
