Vintage Serge Nancel Paris Blouse & Scarf Set

I see no fabric tags inside the blouse Under 42 Waist 40 Hi 43 Front shoulder to hem line 26 Shoulders across 13 To end of sleeve 24.5 Scarf is wide 12 54.5 Long No fabric tags seen. Feels like a textured polyester I steamed both pieces and see light stains on the scarf only. This has been in storage for many years. No smoke no pets. Its tan with white.
