@fwdmotion hello. The style, especiallly the use of the SQ logo maybe late 1970's to early 1980's. The 8223 is seen in several 1980's watches, so a 1980 production date would seem correct. The 4 jewel movement is rated at 15 seconds per month which should allow you to keep the trains on time!
