Vintage Seiko Goldtone Women's Watch NON-WORKING

Vintage Seiko women's watch with a gold-tone case and mother of pearl dial. Perfect for any occasion. BEING OFFERED AS NON-WORKING. It is vintage and has wear. The face is cloudy and there is wear around the face and the band. I believe it needs a new battery and cleaned. The stem still works to set the time. The back says: Movement Japan 590283 Water Resistant Base Metal Stainless Steel back 2E20-7279 HI While it has wear I believe it can be brought back to life. Reference: Brown Box
